Archive Storage
We provide specialised storage solutions for confidential records across various industries, including solicitors, doctor surgeries, care homes, insurance agencies, accountants, shipping and transport companies, manufacturing firms, restaurant groups, and educational institutions. Our services cater specifically to the secure storage of Lloyd George files, wills, and deeds, offering tailored solutions to meet your unique requirements.
The duration of storage is determined by the specific regulatory requirements applicable to each customer’s needs. Generally, a standard duration of 6 years is common, although certain records may extend up to 25 years. Notably, wills, deeds, and GP patient records are stored indefinitely to ensure their long-term preservation.
We offer comprehensive storage solutions for both Lloyd George files and A4 foolscap files, accompanied by a complete indexing service. This ensures efficient organisation and easy retrieval of your documents when needed.
Whether you require storage for just a single box or a substantial quantity of up to 20,000 boxes, we are pleased to accommodate customers of all sizes. We do not impose a minimum monthly storage fee, ensuring flexibility and cost-effectiveness for your storage needs.
We adhere to strict data compliance protocols when storing documents, ensuring that they are handled and stored in accordance with regulatory requirements. Physical documents are securely housed in our fireproof facility, providing an extra layer of protection to safeguard against potential risks.
A backup refers to creating a duplicate copy of current data, whereas archiving involves storing data for specified periods to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

To secure a self-storage unit, we kindly request a one-month deposit.
Our 20ft Container is highly sought after and offers approximately 160 sq ft of space, comparable to a small garage. We also offer a range of other sizes to cater to diverse needs. Rest assured that our storage units are designed to be fireproof and waterproof, ensuring the utmost safety and peace of mind for your belongings.
While insurance coverage for your stored belongings is not automatically included, we highly recommend obtaining insurance to safeguard your items within the storage unit. Our team can assist you in obtaining a quote for the insurance coverage you require.
We offer round-the-clock access to your storage unit, providing you with the flexibility to conveniently retrieve or store your belongings whenever needed.
To secure your storage unit, you will need to acquire a padlock. We have premium high-security locks available for purchase. For further information, kindly consult a member of our staff who will be happy to assist you.
We offer various storage unit sizes to cater to your specific needs:
- Ground & Upper Units: 20ft (160 sq ft), 40ft (320 sq ft), 10ft (75 sq ft), and 8ft (50 sq ft).
- Deep Storage Units: Available in sizes ranging from 25 sq ft to 50 sq ft.

Indeed, we provide climate-controlled storage units that effectively regulate both temperature and humidity levels. This feature is particularly beneficial for safeguarding delicate items like furniture, electronics, documents, and artwork against adverse weather conditions.
Based on availability, you have the option to transfer to a different storage unit size to accommodate your evolving requirements. Our dedicated staff will guide and support you in arranging the necessary adjustments.
To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request a notice period of one month in advance if you wish to vacate our storage units.
Certainly, we can provide you with boxes for storing your items upon request.
We offer flexible contract options starting from a minimum of one month and extending up to a maximum of twelve months.
Once you have completed your online booking, your designated storage unit will be reserved for your scheduled move-in date. Prior to your move-in date, you will receive essential information including the PIN code necessary to access the site, ensuring a smooth and convenient transition.

Our sites are under constant surveillance with 24/7 CCTV monitoring, and we have implemented multiple security measures to ensure the safety and security of your stored items.
Certain items are excluded from storage, including:
- Explosives and firearms
- Animals, fish and birds or any other living creature
- Flammable liquid and gases
- Compressed oils or gases
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Perishable goods and food
Please note that these exclusions are in place to ensure the safety, compliance, and well-being of our customers and their stored items.
Confidential Waste
The capacity of a confidential waste bin is approximately 80 litres, allowing for the disposal of a significant amount of confidential waste.
A confidential waste sack typically has a capacity of around 40 litres, providing ample space for the disposal of confidential waste materials.
Please ensure that all data is completely erased from the drive and any sensitive information is removed.
Please make sure to remove any plastic wallets. However, folders, paperclips, and staples are acceptable and do not need to be removed.
Confidential waste services offer advantages to various industries, such as financial services, law firms, and medical practices, among others.
We provide both ad-hoc and regular collection services, accommodating your specific needs. Our services extend to collecting from your home office, ensuring convenience and flexibility for our customers.
Our confidential waste destruction services are extremely secure. We comply with all data protection regulations, our staff are vigorously security vetted and you will receive certification of destruction for your waste as proof.
